In order to be responsive to the wide range of needs of clients, Community Youth Network offers a variety of service modalities. The staff works closely with clients to determine the appropriate services that would best affect a particular problem or situation. The following are some of the services provided by Community Youth Network: Children, Individuals, Couples, and Family Therapy Youth and Adult Group Therapy Outreach Based Youth and Family Counseling Play Therapy Abuse Victim Trauma Assessments Case Management Services Anger Management Family Educational Groups Professional and Community Education & Training Substance Abuse Sexually Abused Youth and Adults Christian Counseling

Fees Counseling fees – Individual/Family counseling is $90 per session. A sliding scale is available for those who are eligible starting at $25. Insurance information CYN Counseling Center accepts all insurance and currently is in network with: Blue Cross Blue Sheild of IL Corp Health/Humana Magellen Behavioral Health Private Heatlh Care Systems (PHCS)applied for. Aetna applied for. Visa and Mastercard are accepted AS well as Cash or Checks. Payment is due at time of service unless other arrangements have been made.
