Clinical Director
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have possession of a graduate degree from an accredited college or university in a behavioral or social science related discipline.  The individual must also hold advanced licensure of an LCSW, with 5 years’ post graduate experience, supervisory experience as a clinician preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Clinical Director will assist in the planning, monitoring and administration of CYN programs and services in accordance with the stated purpose of the agency.  Provide internal clinical consultation services on an individual and agency wide basis.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for the overall clinical supervision of all clinical/program staff

Responsible for the overall quality control of clinical services

Responsible for leading regularly scheduled individual and team clinical supervision staffing meetings

Responsible for the screening and interviewing of potential CYN clinical/program employees in cooperation with the Executive Director

Coordinate with the Executive Director for the completion of yearly performance evaluations on all clinical/program staff

Responsible for ongoing program development and refinement

Responsible for the development and implementation of a yearly In-Service training program

Responsible for the monitoring of treatment plans and client records to insure quality standards are being met

Responsible for signing all appropriate insurance documents

Coordinate with the Executive Director all CYN sponsored community/professional training or speaking opportunities

Provide direct service to agency clients and programs as needed and staff education

Other duties as assigned

Work Setting: 

Must be able to function harmoniously in a small but busy work place as part of a team; must acknowledge and adhere to the organizations confidentiality policy and procedures.  The appropriate candidate will possess enthusiasm, energy, integrity, good people skills and the ability to meet deadlines
